At a glance:
- The period of hire is normally Saturday to Saturday.
- A maximum of 4 people are allowed to stay in the cottage.
- The cottage has steep stairs, so it might not suitable for small children.
- No smoking or pets allowed in the cottage.
- The cottage will be available after 2pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on day of departure.
- All bed linen and towels (including tea-towels) are included in the price.
- All electrity and gas is included in the price.
Terms and conditions
A booking form will sent to you upon confirmation that the dates you have requested are available.
Please read our booking terms and conditions carefully before booking, as these booking conditions shall be deemed to have been accepted by you when you complete and sign the booking form.
Booking
A 25% deposit is required at time of booking.
The balance is payable in full 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Breakages
Please inform us of any breakages so that we can replace the items before the next guests arrive.
Cancellation
We recommend that all guests take out their own holiday insurance. If we can re-let the property then we’ll refund in full. If not, then the amount paid will be forfeit.
Occupancy
It is not permitted to exceed the maximum occupancy of 4 people for the cottage, unless prior agreement has been given.

Smoking is not permitted inside our property

Bed Linen and Towels
Bed linen and towels are provided in our property.
Arrivals and Departures
The cottages will be available after 2pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on day of departure.
The cottage must be left in the clean and tidy condition in which it was found, locked and the keys must be returned through the letterbox in the front door.
